    We have full knowledge of the overall implementation of the project, supporting the client at every stage of the investment, even in the most complex administrative and design issues. We also specialize in the most challenging area of construction - the revitalization of historic buildings, including alterations, extensions and superstructures of historic townhouses. We provide expertise in service pricing, process management and construction billing (costs, procedures).

    We act in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994. - Building Law.

    As a substitute investor, we take over the management of all or part of the investment process on behalf of the investor, but all activities are carried out in close consultation the investor. We keep the investor informed about the progress and course of the construction process, which gives him full control over the project.

    In addition to these tasks, our offer also includes a broader range of services, going beyond the standard duties set out in the Construction Law. This enables us to provide comprehensive support at every stage of the investment, adapting to the individual needs and expectations of the investor.
